Travel Rules

Reservation Request:
You can easily and comfortably make a request for your preferred travel date using our online form. After sending the request form you will receive a confirmation for your selected travel date within three days. If your selected travel date is unavailable you can select another date free of charge.

Booking Procedure:
You will receive a confirmation for your reservation via e-mail. Please follow the therein contained link to the reservation form. Once you successfully completed the reservation process, you will receive an invoice via e-mail.

Payment:
With the reception of the invoice, you have to make an advance payment of 25% within 2 weeks. The remainder, for which there will be no separate demand for payment, is due at least 4 weeks before departure.
For near-term reservations, the entire amount is due at once.
Please state your invoice number and name with each transaction.

Cancellation:
It can happen that you are not able to commence the journey.

The following conditions for cancellation apply:

– In case of withdrawal from a journey until 50 days before departure, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days which is free of charge, the date of the written confirmation of your reservation being conclusive. You will get a 100% refund of your advance payment.

– In case of withdrawal between 49 to 14 days before departure, 45% of the travel price will be assessed.

– Starting on the 13th day before departure, 90% of the travel price will be assessed.

Condor Flight Cancellation:
